TREBU supplies high quality lifting equipment manufactured by Gosan S.A. in Spain. Gosan manufactures three different products, sheaves, hook blocks and couplings.

• Sheaves

Gosan produces over 15,000 sheaves each year with an average diameter of 1,000 mm. The majority are welded machined types, i.e. manufactured from rolled steel or forged steel, and then welded and finished. They also manufacture other types of sheaves such as plastic sheaves and solid or cast sheaves, although in smaller numbers.

The range of welded machined sheaves includes different constructional designs that adapt perfectly to the demands of the different sectors which our customers are active in. Examples are the market for hoisting, transport and maintenance machinery.

• Hook blocks

Gosan has always aimed to be a point of reference in the market for the supply of mechanical lifting and hoisting components.
For this reason, they manufacture hook blocks. These products offer our costumers the possibility of using a single supply source for their mechanical components.

Thanks to their experience in the manufacturing of sheaves, and the investment in R&D, Gosan offers a complete range of hook blocks designed according to the latest technical ‘state of the art’ demands and with constant efforts to innovate.

• Couplings

With the aim to offer a wide range of complementary products, Gosan also included the manufacturing of couplings in its product range. As a result of continuous development and innovation, the production of these parts has been adapted to always meet the changing demands of the market.

Applications:

Gosan’s mechanical lifting and hoisting components are used in practically all sectors involving machinery for lifting, hoisting and transporting materials. In general, all products are used in critical machinery in areas like ports, on ships and off-shore platforms and in heavy industry (e.g. iron and steel industry).
