Micro filtration systems

In order to ensure that the oil in the system is clean we supply high quality micro filtration systems ( β2 = 9.990), for any hydraulic system and Off line filter system for both fixed and remote locations.

Our Filter Systems can be used with any hydraulic, lubrication or transmission system in virtually any market or industry. The system is equipped with its own motor-pump combination, which means that the system pressures and specifications remain in conformance with the values specified by the manufacturer. The motor-pump combination pumps contaminated oil from the reservoir through the filter and clean oil is returned to the reservoir. The filters can be changed easily.

The Filter System is based on a modular and specially designed manifold that integrates all of the oil channels. So leakages from vibrations or poorly connected pipes are a thing of the past. Because the whole system is mounted on a base plate, it can be quickly and easily installed into your system.

As an option, the micro filter can be equipped with an on-line particle counter, which continuously indicates the contamination level of the oil. This particle counter can be connected to PC or PLC giving all the digital information concerning the oil contamination level.
