Since the development of wind turbines in the past century, we have been involved in one of the most crucial parts for the functioning of a wind turbine: the brake system. For more than 40 years we have been developing hydraulic brake systems to ensure a safe and reliably working wind turbine. We supply complete systems consisting of yaw- and rotor brakes, rotor locks, hydraulic power units, rotating unions, hydraulic independent pitch systems and active stall pitch systems. For every wind turbine design we are able to offer a standard or customized cost-efficient solution.

SOLAR

We supply brake systems and hydraulic power units to keep solar panels as efficient as possible.

For the new solar tracking systems we supply hydraulic brake systems and hydraulic power units in order for the system to stay in the right position at all times. This ensures that your solar system receives as much sunlight as possible and also withstands harsh weather conditions.

CRANES & MARINE

For harbour- and offshore cranes we supply a wide variety of mechanical components like cable sheaves, couplings, service brakes, emergency brakes, storm brakes and hydraulic power units.

 STEEL MILLS

We supply service brakes, lifting hooks, cable sheaves, barrel couplings and custom made gearboxes.

For the steel industry we are mainly focussed on the steel mills. We supply service brakes, lifting hooks, cable sheaves, barrel couplings and custom made gearboxes.

RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT

At the research and development unit of Trebu Technology, we carefully study and develop our own products to provide our costumers with the best quality and service possible. Currently, we are developing several new braking applications which ensure higher overall system safety. Besides, we continuously improve our hydraulic applications in combination with our braking systems.

Our R&D unit offers great flexibility to our customers. and makes it possible to develop tailor-made designs. We can offer our customers a complete service, from initial design and calculation to completion and on-time delivery.
